Sai Satcharitra Saptaham is a sacred seven‑day reading of the holy Sai Satcharitra, performed with devotion to seek Baba’s blessings, peace, and spiritual upliftment. At Sai Mandir, the Parayanam is organized in a structured manner where devotees read allotted chapters each day, completing the entire Satcharitra within seven days. This collective reading creates a powerful spiritual vibration in the temple and brings the community together in devotion and service.
Each day, devotees participate by reading during their assigned time slots. This ensures that the Parayanam flows continuously and smoothly from morning to evening, honoring the tradition of completing the sacred text within the prescribed seven‑day period.
Importance of Registering

Dear Devotees of Shri Shirdi Sai Baba
In continuation to Sri Rama Navami celebrations, Shirdi Sai Mandir Maryland (Saimandir.org) is planning for Shri Sai Satcharitra Quarterly Saptaham (Parayan in 7 days) for this 2nd quarter of 2026. This is 24th quarterly Saptaham from SaiMandir 🙏
Parayan will start from Friday (04/10/2026) and end on Thursday (04/16/2026)
Baba Parayan timings will be evening 6:30pm to 8:30pm (from Friday to Wednesday ) and on Thursday (04/16/2026) 5:30pm to 7:30pm followed by Pallaki Seva and Shej Arthi. Those who are interested can register one chapter per person and the rest of the chapters we can listen while other devotees are reading.
All 51 chapters from Shri Sai Satcharitra will be read in 7 days by as many devotees as possible to introduce Sai Tatvam (the way of happy living) in man kind.
Friday: 1 to 7 chapters
Saturday: 8 to 15 chapters
Sunday: 16 to 22 chapters
Monday: 23 to 30 chapters
Tuesday: 31 to 37 chapters
Wednesday: 38 to 44 chapters
Thursday: 45 to 51 chapters
Devotees can join in-person at SaiMandir or Sai Mandir Zoom link and can read one chapter on their registered Day.
