Temple Manager Position Available – Sai Mandir, Columbia, MD – Paid Position
Sai Mandir is a devoted spiritual center dedicated to the teachings of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba and the promotion of faith, devotion, selfless service, and spiritual growth. We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and service-oriented Temple Manager to support our mission and oversee the daily operations of the temple.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day temple operations and activities
- Coordinate priests, volunteers, and temple staff
- Organize religious services, festivals, and devotional programs
- Handle donations, records, and administrative functions
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth functioning of temple facilities
- Support devotees and foster a welcoming spiritual environment
- Coordinate vendors, supplies, and facility needs
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Prior management or administrative experience preferred
- Respect for Hindu traditions, temple practices, and devotional values
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and festival days as needed
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills
